If your checking usage via task manager, your getting false usage. Please see below before running into conclusions, the wallpaper itself is not on the heavy side of 4k wallpapers.

This wallpaper puts my 1080 ti in 70% usage. Some wallpapers should be overhauled or simply removed because this is ridiculous.
