All Hallow's Hatte, Crone's Dome, Point and Shoot, Starlight Sorcerer, Bone Cone, Alakablamicon, Smissmass Sorcerer, Spellbinder's Bonnet and the Seared Sorcerer. All of these do what this hat does but better and half of those are crap no one wants to wear.
Very unimaginative seasonal bait hat for the most oversaturated hat type in the game. You are clearly capable of better given your other workshop contributions, you are wasting your talent on these types of items.
This would only be used on Halloween/ with an unusual effect. Not any other time.
1.) we have alot of crones done+crones done copies already
2.) i cant see anybody using this out of halloween
3.) seems kinda unimaginative
4.) doesnt fit any merc's personality, lore, art style or time period
if you want to make a good hat i cant exaggerate #4, also making hats that are single-class can allow you to make something that is more detailed and fits a certain merc
