I have to resort to baby-sitting them and forcing them to fish one go at a time. No other tasks in their activities are priority 1.
Actually all my mods adding activities (fishing, milking, eggs and irrigation) were bugging this but now should all be fixed.
Still, I think you are right but don't know yet what exactly in the code leads to this. Thanks, I'll look into it.
Could you make an interface to set the limit number of fish people get like crop field?

If you need help better look me up on the game's official discord client. Basically, add all your new items and recipes on your own, new mod, which has this set as a mandatory dependence; overwrite only the functions you need to change from this one in your mod - if you need some changes in my mod that will help you but not add the new resources per se I will do that.
@Milan the number of fishes depends on a couple of factors, sometimes bad luck and you catch nothing.
If possible May I ask for:
Crab -- Quick Meal - Crab Cakes ( 2 Crabs, 10 Grain make the meal)
Shrimp - Tasty Meal - Shrimp Cocktail ( 2 Shrimp, 10 Grain, 10 Glitter Cap, 1 Vegetable Oil to make the meal)
Oysters - Tasty Meal - Rockefeller Oyster Stew ( 3 Oysters, 20 Grain, 10 Glitter Cap, 2 Vegetable Oil for meal )
Lobster - Chef's Meal - Broiled Lobster Dinner ( 3 Lobster, 50 Grain, 10 Glitter Cap, 2 Vegetable Oil for meal)
On a Fishing Visit catch 1 of each ( Fish, Crab, Shrimp, Oysters, Lobster).
Of Course Storable just like the fish, decay just like the fish.
I would love to see what @jaggid suggested with a stock control level if that's possible.
Also, just for aesthetics if possible double or even triple the length of the object. It seems out of place being only 2 tiles long.
Nevermind me if that's no simple task. It's not all that important. I just figured it never hurts to ask.
