Its a modified Holt 1925 series 5 ton tractor that ive seen on some pictures from military parade in Tallinn:

You can tell its not 10 ton Holt because it's smaller

What exactly is the Holt 1925? The Estonian Army did operate a Holt 10-ton, but that tractor looks somewhat different.
