No audio will happen if there's too many sound mods installed.
Check the "Bug Reports" discussion and try the -heapsize method to see if that improves anything.
So I mod the voicelines of the base game, and now Mike screaming into my eardrums
is there a way to mute Mike?
CF's infected models are essentially completely seperate models from the base-game infected models.
8.5/10. My only complaints are that you should release a version without the reskinned special infected so i can use mods on it and also there's too many consumables. Maybe make it so there's 25% less pills and adreneline? Pretty good though big ups!
That sounds like an old bug that's been patched in the latest update for CF. It shouldn't occur on local servers anymore, though there is still an unlikely chance it might occur in a Dedicated Server under very specific circumstances.
(We had some small bugs and crashes early on and I'm SO GLAD we didn't give up playing this)
(Deleted comment and re-posted because I can't believe I said 9/10 the first time. It's so great.)
If you don't want to remove installed sound mods, there's an alternate way to increase the limits explained in the Bug Reports discussion.
