The paint region is absolutely fine imo, it doesnt replace any area where team color is emphasized such as medic's gloves or backpack. Alongside this, other cosmetics such as the Doc's Holiday and Medical Monarch already get away with the same region (without desaturating the paint region like this cosmetic does)
