This looks really good until you realize that you modeled over his gloves for some reason and gave him big-ass Popeye forearms as a result.

Those are Driving Gloves(With fingers), not fingerless gloves, just so you know.

I should also mention that the vest should be a tiny bit simpler. Remove the details that are the pockets and inner vest to get rid of visual noise.

The hat is too bulgy from the front and the work with the coat is really off putting. He has sausage arms and fingers. The texturing on the main fur lining is also not that great. The concept is okay but the execution is a little poor. I would remove the finger-less gloves and sleeves, keep the lining but make it simpler without the fur normal map, taper the hat, and that should put this set in an okay state.
