It clips with the belt way too much, Maybe if you replaced/removed it with something else? Maybe an even bigger belt around his torso.

This is really well done, and is able to reference something while still being appropriate for the Heavy; the only real problem is that the bullets clipping with the upper left part of the coat look pretty rough, even compared to other coat cosmetics for Heavy. If y'all somehow found a way to mitigate that issue, it'd be pretty much perfect!
