Ok i know its been 4 yrs since the last update but can you pls do a small update to give the british their engineers back it sucks how a good chunk of the commanders allow engineers to make new things but you can only obtian them by destroying your hq

There are some issues with this mod:
OKW lost their MG team, US lost their Mortar, British lost their engineers.

bro soviet partisan tank hunter have no anti tank weapon, so far i only have two factions so i cant play other but if possible keep add new commander cause i see alot of units still can be added

( this mod still can kill medic unlike the patch that make medic like godlike) but well killing sub units is still fun

Guderian: There is info about Tiger 2 (16 points) - veteran - but player receive only base crew with 0 stars and 0 experience.

I hoped and prayed for K. Knispel, but crew is unknown.

@Comrade: I don't think you can mix mods, I mean you can't make another mod and then mix it with this comanders mod.

@Akulio: Late reply but this mod has the commanders placed on the same row as the vanilla ones unfortunately.

Guys, I want to take another pass at the mod, is there anything out of the ordinary, any broken abilities?

@Fanis: Remove all your commanders before starting a match. The extra three commanders you have may add up to the ones from the mod and cover the fuel icon.

Hi there this mod is great and much fun to play. I like a query though, do i really have to disable my favorite vanilla commanders. I've just forgotten to do so and, by accident, combined shock cmdr with zhukov and it worked ok. The only thing that is not cool is abilities overlapping with resources panel. So my question is it ok to use vanilla cmdr with the new ones and could the second abilities tab be located above the first? I saw it working this way in other mod with lots of abilities.

In any case great work and thank you for the experience.

I'm new to modding and learning as I go. I've had an idea for a mod that I've been planning for quite some time but I don't know how to edit the commanders or create new ones. Hello, this mod is very interesting and i'll give it a go. Otherwise i'm trying to find a way to play with the units that are only available to some (rare, premium...) commanders: i'm glad to see that you have the Pershing, the ISU 152... seen below that you're thinking about adding a "reworked" KV2. It'd be great to have it as it was a prominent piece in the soviet war machine during Barbarossa... are there other units like this one that you've not added?

Yes, clear out all of your commanders and once you join the game, you will be able to select one of the historical commanders featured in the mod.

@Lestrad: I actually love my flame tank and cannot see how it could be replaced. The KV2 on the other hand is getting less and less useful with each patch. Maybe if I change its abilities?

I noticed recently that Soviets are missing the KV-2. This could be my anti-flame tank bias speaking, but I would replace the KV-8 with the KV-2 for Katukov.

Update 23/06/2016!

Fixes:
- Rear Echelon now equip a rifle grenade when occupying a fighting position
- Fixed description for Bradley, now shows Priest Howitzer instead of Calliope
- Removed (Intel) Huner Greyhound ability from the game
- Fixed weapons truck description and added a unique icon, summer and winter portraits, and a unique squad symbol
- Fixed missing ability from Kesselring, Redistribute Resources
- Fixed missing HMG42 from Ostheer headquarters

I'm going to take a pass over each faction in turn to see what else may be missing or changed.

@Frozenaxis: I was thinking of making a mod where there are a couple of nation commanders, but it was meant to be as a parody/comedy and I'm not sure how it would be accepted by the community.

I'll put the idea in the online doc so people can read it before movign forward with this.

It's a very good mod and very good idea. I think you can make one stranger general per faction exemple: a french general for british or a japanese commander for the german.

@Lucax: I have no idea how that could be done, not even sure which languages are supported in the vanilla game.
