New Mod Coming Soon!
1. All NPC start at level 1. (You can now enjoy spending your partner Attribute)
2. Extra Character Base Attribute Points. (Ever think about this? Yes it's possible) Don't worry, I will make sure to make it logical and balance it with the gameplay.

Most of mods can't work each other because of file/scripting conflict. You can't run two mods with the same modded/edited OC file.

This mod created by modding/editing the GameplayDefault.OCfile. Every mods that change anything on this OC file won't work each other.

Can it be made more compatible with other mods?
Or can you tell me which file or files you changed to increase the rent time? Because right now this mod doesn't run with other Guild 3 mods, and unfortunately I couldn't find the rent settings in the game files =(

Now you load the game's autosave more often than you play because you "forgot to pay the rent", and everything in the mines was already set up, from worker equipment to trade routes.

I don't want to give the AI ​​an already set up mine and then check if the AI ​​broke anything there =_=

Always was frustrated with the duration of the lease, paying minimum of 3100 just for a year of raw material production, that also stops for 8 hours out of 24 (for the night) always felt extremely underwhelming. Getting only a few storage slots worth of Iron Ore out of a Mine, paying 3100 *and* wages should be illegal.
