You should change the name of the Handguard sprite. It is messing up Avo's AK HUD element.

Just tested it. It's absolutely louder. Weird that's how the game handles it, but whatever. I still think it's lower than the HK417, but it's louder and more noticeable when suppressed now, which really is just an improvement either way. Thanks!

Like I said before, hope to see more weapon mods from you!

@LoneUnit should be louder now, for some reason the default sound setting is quieter then the sound files baseline sound, at least that's how I interpret it

I listened closer once in-game and they're absolutely using the same suppressed SFX. It's just for some reason the FAL's is noticeably quieter than the HK417's for some reason. It's so quiet, especially once other things are going on in-game (music, movement, etc) that it sounds like you're firing a much smaller round by comparison. That may be what threw me off. Personally, I think it'd just need to be brought up a bit to the same volume level as the HK417. The unsuppressed SFX sounds great by comparison, as a round this big should.

Honestly, that's just a minor issue overall though. Great weapon mod! Hope you make more in the future!

Fairs on the Light Spring and other attachment stats. Maybe I just didn't notice that when using the AK12/15 mod and I finally just noticed it here. Heh.

As for the suppressor SFX, I actually did some digging on my end. I went into the mod's files and yeah, you're just using the HK417's suppressed SFX. I played it outside the game using VLC Media Player and it's 100% the same SFX. I then compared the two rifles in-game. What I noticed, and this may be why I thought the FAL had a different suppressed firing sound from the HK417, is that the FAL is noticeably softer when firing non-subsonic rounds than the HK417's, even though they use the same SFX when suppressed.

@LoneUnit regarding the suppressor sfx, it should be the same as the HK417 suppressed sound, I didn't use any other one (I tried finding the BO2 suppressed sound but only found the unsuppressed one) otherwise I would use that instead

As for the light spring, the stats were identical as the ones for the AK12/15 mod as I don't really know what to do with them, same goes for the grips, perhaps later on ill rework the stats of those attachments

Hey just wanted to say, this is a very nice weapon mod. I've been messing around with it on IV1R's Epilogue as a testing ground. Very nice to have another NATO BR in the game among all the AKs, modded or vanilla. That said, the SFX for the suppressor on the rifle is *very* Hollywood and doesn't really feel fitting at all. It feels like I'm using a suppressed 9mm, maybe with subsonic ammo, when I use the suppressor on the FAL. Personally, I'd set it to use the HK417's suppressed, non-subsonic SFX as they use the same caliber and it's not a small round. Even with a suppressor, it'd be pretty loud and it should sound it.

Also, regarding other attachments, is the Light Spring 2 really meant to only have a 1% increase on accuracy recovery compared to Light Spring 1? With an extra 5% ROF penalty compared to variant one on top of it, I don't see much of a point to LS2.

Customization+ has drum magazine mod for the AR-15. I tested reloading both with and without the attachment and the sprites for dropped magazine are different so it is possible.

@blackTie I'm gonna fix the silent part later today but afaik for the magazines each Gun can only have one sprite for a magazine regardless of mod option, I'll have to look into that

This gun is marked as silent by default when it's not. Whenever I reload with drum magazine attachment, the discarded magazine sprite is a default one and not a drum. Other than that, great mod.
