this is actually pretty cool imo, i think the smaller bubbles are a little unnecessary tho

The big bubble around the head is big enough of a deviation from the other bubble effects to be its own original thing I'd say, would look GREAT with especially cutesy diver and astronaut cosmetic sets while saving a slot for other cosmetics
