Not bad! I think the max size of the minus signs should be removed just a bit - they appear more like bars and IMHO too large, esp. on the large hats (the horns as shown in the showcase).
Pity it's not a mapped polygon reduction of the actual headgear.

The triangle pattern on the hats is really cool and unique and I like it! It's much better than the repetitive unusuals we got in the recent years, but I also think that the rectangles and 0s and 1s aren't necessary. The numbers might still work but the rectangles could be removed imo.
