expand "Materials"
right click on "clover_mask" and select "add attribute"
select the "Float" attribute and replace "new attribute" with "$alpha"
repeat the same with the material "Straps" and you should have your clover unmasked !
They are Source Engine models, so they do should work with gmod too
After hexxing i didnt had any problems with the model.

Hard to say honestly, it will be only possible if some one ports models without mask to source engine.
