That was a custom made map by VALVE. However someone recreated it but never uploaded it to the garry's mod workshop. It was the same person who re-created the 'Meet the Medic'map.

@ShroomBot Yeah they're pretty good. But I'm talking about the actual models that are on Gamebanana. Like the Demoman, Heavy, and Engineer.

If you already subscribed to the addon that I took down, do the following. Go into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons" and then delete this file "ctf_2fortbeta_448135851"
