Thank you, can confirm it works. For those who have "insufficient power to the chair" issue, just click on the chair before scheduling the execution and manually turn it on.

There is insufficient electrical power to the chair. I dedicated a whole power station surrounded by 12 capacitors and there's still not enough power. Anyone else habing this problem/fixes?

Thank you! For those who doesin't get the achevements from the downloaded workshop maps , when you start the workshop map save it and then load again. Then try to do what ever the achievement it is , then it will work

Have you been able to get it to work? As I have tested this map on several other machines (all running the vanilla game with other workshop maps saved locally) and haven't been able to replicate the issue.

@Mufro: Are you using any mods? This prison was created using the vanilla game. Also make sure that you are following the instructions on the workshop page completely as you need to be playing form a local copy of the file for the achievement to pop...

I had the "Office Chair" mod active.

I disabled it and then it worked perfectly. Thanks :)

@redmist: I just tested this with another account I have access to and it worked. Neither account is subscribed to any mods nor are any installed on my machine.

@redmist: Also make sure that the achievement doesn't show up in your list - you may simply have missed the achievement popup...

Not sure why, as re-loaded andI followed the instructions 3 times, but it did not bring up the achievement :(
