Yes, it is my first mod. And I never even noticed that button was there in Options. So the mods folder wasn't even present at first, but after clicking said button and restarting it appeared. And yes, the protraits appear. Thanks a lot Shirsh. I never would've known I had that button there otherwise :)

Wait, I forgot to ask, did you pressed "update mods" or whatever it called button in game options? If it's your first mod to install you could be not aware that it require to do every time you want add a new mod to the list. I'll update description about it.

@Anistuffs Let's investigate then. Check your Invisible inc mod folder please: on Windows it should have path like "c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\InvisibleInc\mods\", or slightly different, anyway, you neeed to find it and look, are there workshop-606780411 exist?

I've subscribed to this mod but the portraits for the archived agents didn't change. There's also no selection box in the game's DLC/Mods menu. Am I doing something wrong? I tried unsubbing and resubbing to no effect :(

Update: Shirt and tie of alt-Nika became darker ie attuned to more fit her in-game view and pics.
alt-Internationale get some scarf attunements: saturation, unfortunate light pixels cleaned.

Previously I had no idea how to overwrite existing agents without adding new, yesterday I learn how it works :P
Plus some time ago KWADtool was not intended to extract enough info to overwrite animations and mods were based on source files that Jason provide with "API example", now looks like it's possible to mod any graphic stuff without bothering him with requests to share another source-file ^_^
