I placed this in the middle of a highway (the grass strip) out in the middle of nowhere and then twiddled my thumbs waiting for the lights to come on o.0
big duh!
And thanks for the link to underground cables because, yes, I will use them (:

parks need electricity to make the lights work. try it out... if it is in a remote part of your city and doesn't have connection to power-supply, i recommend my underground powercables: http://steamproxy-script.pipiskins.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=661203887

BTW: If someone is able to create a custom LOD for this asset, i would appreciate to update this roundabout-park. I have no skills in software like "Blender"...
