- The entire game has been recoded to make use of the ability to have variable fps. This is important because even though it is a very simple and heavily optimized game, some players might have their fps drop below 60. Previously this would result in the entire game running in slow motion, obviously a very bad thing in a game based on high-scores, it would make it too easy. Now the game will run as normal even when running at an abysmal 5fps. In the end it doesn't mean much for the majority of players, and will only help those with an old or slow PC/laptop.
- Fixed an issue where in the Juggle minigame, missing the last required bounce would result in a win anyway.
- Added blood effects to the Shoot 'Em game.
- Altered the following minigames to be more balanced, fun and challenging:
-- Click Light/Dark Cubes!
-- Destroy all enemies!
- Renamed almost all minigames to have more clear instructions for first time players
- Added a new minigame: Whack a mole!
- Fixed a rare bug that under very specific circumstances could cause the game to instantly detect a loss upon starting a game.
- The "Beat the Dev" medal has been replaced with 50 wins on Master difficulty, the reason being I got a new highscore that is above 100 wins, and I'm afraid players might get discouraged from trying to attain it. Plus it took the place of the 5th medal, so the reward for hitting 50 wins wasn't there.
- Altered the following minigames to be more balanced, fun and challenging:
-- Click Light/Dark Cubes!
-- Pong!
- Medals are no longer awarded at 25,50,75,100,125 wins. Instead they are awarded at 10,20,30,40,50 wins. (Reasoning explained in the "Change Notes" tab at the top of the page). Progress you've made is NOT wiped, and any medals you would've gotten before are automatically awarded.
- If you've gotten an improved score and decide to press escape to back out of the game, the score and medals will now be correctly awarded.
- Reduced the harddrive usage, this will prevent stutters when a minigame ends for people with slow or old harddrives.
- Reduced the volume of "Shoot 'em" to be more in line with the rest of the game.
- Changed the wording of "Find the high pitched noise" to "Click the high pitched noise".
- Altered the following minigames to be more balanced, fun and challenging:
-- Keep up!
-- Click Light/Dark Cubes!
- Added a Medal Award system. Earn medals for 25, 50, 75, 100 wins, and an additional "Beat the Dev" medal, which is my personal current highscore.
- Added a new minigame: Destroy all enemies.
- Altered the following minigames to be more balanced, fun and challenging:
-- Navigate through.
- Improved some wording.
Update: 7 Apr @ 1:57pm
- Changed the victory sound to something hopefully more enjoyable.
Nevertheless I'm glad you enjoy it!
I especially like that you noticed the lack of glitches/bugs, I spend a lot of time making sure nothing ever breaks.
Easy to learn and simple but challenging games
Interesting sounds, they don't bother me like other reviewers
Maybe add some more minigames
No glitches encountered while I played
Good game! Good luck if you try to Greenlight it!
