Doubt it. The route is already on RWA under a different name but was released by the Devs themselves

Since Pan Am Railways is now a subsidiary of CSX, is there a way Portland Terminal could come back?

It is possible that much like the Classic Northeast Corridor, the Portland Terminal is being reworked for the new engine. As such it could return in the next six months or so.

i can't find the route on quick drive. Is anyone else having this problem?

can this be run in quick drive or free roam? I can't seem to find the route in standard senarios either
