Wait, only MW base guns? With the way the code is structured, any gun would've caused the error. It's caused by not having "stealth_alertondamage" enabled.

I tried normal guns and its fine, but using the MW guns you get the message below (or at least I did)

so I turned off all my mods, when I shoot a combine I get the following message

Their vision is reduced when trying to see objects that are in the dark. If the NPC is in a dark place but looking somewhere bright, they'll see just fine.

Choose a playermodel that matches the faction of the characters you want to fool. You will have to respawn for the changes to take effect.

They don't do anything, even with brightness effect at 5.0, regular shadows don't have any effect.

Could you add compatibility for the D/GL4: Customizable Holographic HUD? The issue is that the AUX Power meter on the HUD doesn't show the cloak draining power when it's active unless the HUD for AUX is deactivated. Take your time, just wanted to let you know!
