Notice for all the people running this independently:
to get most of the buttons and systems to work you need to do console commands
sv_cheats 1
tf_allow_player_use 1
plus any additional commands like noclip if you want

Subscribe to the map and then take the .bsp and put it into tf2's maps folder. Directory is
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\maps
