I just got to my first Gravcore, and saw the Ancient Emergency Lights. I don't have an option to Minify them, though. Once I hacked a couple security doors I replaced a couple steel doors with them, though!

Could you make it so I can steal the lighting? I want the inside of my ship to have lights that don't require the windmill I attached to the outside of the ship in order to work.

That error seems to cause pretty big slowdown if you have multiple items causing it, or at least it was for me not sure if I'd call it harmless. @seppi141 I recommend avoiding the uninstall option and just using reinstall.

The increase in these bugs likely comes from 1.6 having had its MinifiedThing.Tick changed to automatically tick all minified things and not only specifically vanilla batteries with a hardcoded check. It probably could work to have a subclass with IThingHolderTickable set to not tick assigned for unsupported things as workaround

that is about the most generic error possible so I am not surprised.
But these errors are harmless most of the time.

That is why the mod description says the mod is experimental. it won't work on absolutely everything 100% perfectly, but it's a lot more preferable than the alternative of doing it for every single mod.

i am getting errors when i have minified doors, autodoors, coolers and geothermal generators idk why its always the error but with different numbers.

The mechanoid pylons and lights, besides various other DLC structures can not be minified unfortunately. Could you make that possible? I want a mech-themed ship :(

Should we consider setting the default to disable packaging completely? Only when we want to package a certain object should it be allowed.

Sometimes all my work stations and pawns go invis and I get a massive spam of red text of the mod in the game sometimes as well ass forcibly pausing my game too on occasion

Its a thing found in garrisons, similar to a wall light, and it generates power with no input hehe

If may be a bug on my end (probably), but this mod was making certain objects invisible when built; like the research bench and large battery. I have a ton of mods so this probably isn't helpful. Maybe world build or whatever that's called?

this is causing some issues with fog of war on new game map gen every ware but starting zone. some mods, no idea what the interaction is, but once i removed it, problem solved

I just added this mod because I wanted some slate mountain to be removed like John McAfee said it would and I was disappointed to find that it does not do such a thing. It would seem this mod only functions exactly as intended, I will make good use of it. Thank you

Confirmed along with a few other people, this mod appears to be removing slate mountain/blocks when loaded in an existing save. Could not find anything relevant in the logs.

I am having the same issue as Dakar. Unfortunately, the game crashes during initial loading, before any logs have been generated.

I'll mess around and see what I can do, but I have tinkered around and pinpointed exactly this mod as the culprit. My game loads with literally every other mod I have installed besides this one.

Well, I have this error on second PC, somewhat this can do this error. Game just lost track of something with builfing track in log's and my pawn make new alert in log if he try start building, that when he even try move to do this. This is my luck and my PC or something is with mod - but this second time on another PC.

This mod don't need any additional data?

It works perfectly fine on 1.2. Always has. This mod can not influence what you can build.

I use this on almost no-moded game version and my pawn can't build anything (log error if I try). If this don't work on 1.2 Rimworld, just don't mark this as 1.2 Rimworld mod. This is second computer with this type of error with this mod.

Great mod, makes rearranging the base a breeze.
Obelisks (anomaly specificy) are still a pain, is there a way minify and move them?

I am getting this error on the main menu upon load. I have it happen consisntently every time i launch the game, but it does not happen with just minify everything I believe. The log doesn't really offer me more info to give you

Made some good walls, thought they'll protect me from pirates. Pirates made a droppod drive-by and minify-ed my walls, then called it a "Steal what they can and leave" and stole my walls. So I was watching as 28 pirates are carrying walls out. That's was some weird drunkish-level experience. Funny as daym

For some reason my settings don't save- for example walls are still minifiable even though I disabled them.
Is it known issue?

Being able to re-install pretty much anything is life.
This mod is one of my really baseline essentials.
I won't play Rimworld without it.

Just a heads up:
when re-installing Wind Turbines,
the energy production tracks obstructions from the ORIGINAL location,
rather than the re-installed location.

Not a huge deal once I can afford the components to deconstruct my original turbine,
but that's been my only complaint so far in several years of use.
