Is there any way to merge data from this mod and vanilla campaign map?

Is there any way I can merge original map and your expanded map together? I want only Echigo and Northeastern Japan to be 'expanded' in my mods. Factions around those regions usually suffer from broken map design in vanilla.

I'm learning from your map tutorial but I don't know if it will work in that way.
