Stats idea:
the mechanic should make it so when equipped it guides the cursor (SLOW) towards the nearest head to the crosshair. if the crosshair is close enough to a head it will snap on. if it gets to far away then it wont shoot it. 10% slower charge rate 25 % slower deploying speed 15% faster reload speed
