Interesting, I'm having no issues loading the game and I've confirmed other people don't either which makes me think it's possibly an issue on your end. Try verifying the integrity of your game file through steam.

As no one else is having any problems it must be an issue on your end and I sadly cannot offer any advice on how to fix it. My only suggestion would be to try manually downloading the ModDB version and see if it works.
Game wont even load and no errors.

2. go instant non-stop near the room with the breakable glass and as soon as both monster spawn, just stop and dont move.
3. watch how they ignore you
also, for some reason, the pathfinding of both monsters are broken, like they always try to enter the room with the breakable glass and they dont patrol the whole section, but always patrol near the room, i mean really near, you dont have chance to even pick up a prop to destroy the glass.
Thanks for the report. Remember akers and the proxies are blind so if you're not moving they should ignore you (unless they run directly into you of course). The pathfinding issue is to do with the way SOMA handles monsters as it wasn't originally designed to facilitate multiple enemies enabled at once. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about this and even if there is it's beyond my skill level. The best method is to unlock the door via security instead of breaking the glass as it makes less noise and they are less likely to get stuck in the patrol loop.

In the highlight assembled all attempts to go past that guy.
First of all we need to say that between those encounters we must complete all the "yes look for anything related to the arc in the computer in the next room" stuff and related to it, where it follows by a long dialogue, the escape vessel sequence, and running towards this field in front of the Curie. All in all it's like 10 minutes of your life lost give or take even if you speedrun it.
And yes, we figured that you cannot look at him for more than 1 second but still.

Two other things regarding theta offices. There should be a checkpoint, i.e. a wau butthole in the shuttle next to alice's body, or somewhere close, because in the theta offices you literally go through hell, but butthole is not an easy find.
And another thing - when we fall down in the elevator shaft. Should we stop hearing how Akers addresses Simon telepathically? But we still do.

Currently the streamer is stuck in theta offices hell where two of those things chase him around. And he can be stuck for the entire stream trying to repair the lift. And as I already mentioned, even if he manages to repair the lift (which he done already like 6 times) it's hard to find a butthole downstairs. So please add it to be accessible right after fake Ashley cutscene, if you can.
