I have a problem with safe and careless modes on dedicated server. Once the mission begins, units in safe mode have their rifles on their backs and just sit there doing nothing including patrolling. This happens in both modes in the same way and its solution is important because the enemy will not always be in active or combat mode, there are situations in which they are not expected to be attacked and this error totally breaks the realism of the simulation.
