After tinkering and some youtube videos. I got it to work to the point i can get into the game. Maybe play for a sec then crashes.

All i did was downgrade my drivers. Nvidia gpu drivers to 399.24 and got it work sorta.
I by no means know how to work with computer software but hopefully someone can figure it out soon.
