Vampire Counts Blood Knights
Ideas for the vampires
Hello, I absolutely loved your mod, but I have ideas for more bigger units for the vampires:
-Gargoyles
-Skeleton Crossbowmen
-Liches
-Orc mercenaries
-Mounted Graveguard
-Trebuchet
-Human prisoners
-Mages
-Skeletal Giant

Just to be that guy (and since then guy is saying in another discussion he is trying to keep blood knights as close to their miniatures as possible he probably at least somewhat cares about the lore)

-Gargoyles - No, vergheists are pretty much gargoyles anyway
-Skeleton Crossbowmen - No, VC's don't have ranged units for a reason, would unbalance them
-Liches - You have Henrich Kemmler which is pretty much the same thing
-Orc mercenaries - Why?
-Mounted Graveguard - They are called Black Knights, already in the game
-Trebuchet - No, VC's don't have artillery for a reason, would unbalance them
-Human prisoners - There is a mod for this already called human levies, they don't keep human prisoners humans live in Sylvania still.
-Mages - You have necromancers
-Skeletal Giant - This, maybe could be cool. I don't think there is anything in lore that would be against it even though they technically don't have it in the TT game.
lol such a shut down, i think these units would be nice
These units wouldn't have to be balanced or fit the lore, they would just be available to have fun with in campaign and custom battles + you can also make new units for the other factions

i think although this could be good; some units are already in the game essentially.
I have also had another idea, what about a human-tribal faction, like natives with spears and bows, at the bottom of the map (near all the greenskins)
Also I do not think these units and faction would unbalance the game, just look at the chaos factions units and the empire

The Tomb Kings are the ones that have the Bone Giants - not the Vampire Counts.

-Flying Calvary/Missile Cavalry

A. Model: White King mounted on Hellsteed or black/retextured pegasus or smaller Terrorgheist

B. Weapons: crossbow or long bow / lance or greatsword / shield&sword / staff that fires spells similar in appearence to the chaos cannons, something like that.

These are some interesting ideas, I am more interested in Lore friendly units myself but I dont see anything wrong with any of the ideas, perhaps for an overhaul type mod that would change the entire game. That type of mod is not my cup of tea though, i'm more into textures and modeling.

I was thinking about an helmet for Manfred like the one for the vampire general but a fullface with no mouth opening he would look so badass. Dont know if we can mod things like that for the LL but ive seen a guy put a shield for azhag so maybe you could do that !
I was also thinking about a new faction, a tribal human faction that have unique creatures and units

Bone Giants exist, but they belong to an ancient rival of the Vampire Counts, the Tomb Kings. You could say that the Vampires basically did the same thing and made them. Skeleton archers, not crossbowmen, would work for Vampires.
okay but there are no skeleton gaints yet?
