Is this mod even being worked on at this point

I feel like its dead, but I don't know. If its not dead, then I kinda wanna see the AI improved, specifically the Empire's so they won't just spawn fighters and barely anything else, and I wanna see the Militia faction from the Homeworld 2 classic version added in, as well as more hero ships.
