Pawns "lose" sidearms when entering/leaving Odyssey shuttle

Say a pawn has an assault rifle equipped, chain shotgun and monosword (my basic pawn). Each time said pawn gets into the shuttle, their items STAY in the shuttle, making it annoying when you, for example, want to raid something.
