No Dialogues (Reworked)

Description
Reworked version of the No Dialogues mod by antag99, who sadly seems to have stopped supporting the mod. https://steamproxy-script.pipiskins.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=639542855

Q: What's different?
- Original version had a bug which would softlock the game in the first midway DLC mission when Monst3r is meant to spawn in. This has been fixed.
- The mod has two generation options now: one for disabling normal map screen dialogues and Central's mission commentary (as per the usual), and one for disabling agent banters, starting oneliners, final words, etc.
- Fixed bug from original mod where only the left side of agent banters was silenced while the right side still showed up.
- You can toggle the generation options without setting the difficulty to Custom. (Related, this mod now requires Sim Constructor.)

Q: Will this conflict with the original No Dialogues mod?
No, but be sure to keep that mod disabled for your campaigns for the options in the new mod to correctly take effect.

When I enable the mod, the game softlocks starting the first mission. It seems the pregame objective summary fails to trigger. So I'm left looking at the game sans any HUD/UI elements, no ability to control agents and cant even open the ESC menu.
I'v subbed to the Sim Constructor mod, I get the same behaviour with and without it enabled.

Technically it wasn't crashing - as far as I know, if you exited the game and reloaded, Monst3r will have spawned in correctly (unless you had debug mode enabled, which prevents autosaving). However, I still found it a bit annoying. You're welcome!
