PLEASE RATE!

Reduces the charging time of Master level spells from 3 seconds to 1 second.

Master spells are terrifying in their power, so I understand that casting them should be no breeze. You're rooted in place, you can be interrupted, and they cost a whole lot of magicka. But I think the charging time of three seconds is taking it a little too far.

This mod shouldn't conflict with anything else unless it also alters the Master spells.

the first time i used a master level spell, i knew someone, somewhere would make a mod to make them faster, thank sheogerath I found you.
