Description
This mod was created for afterbirth + with no mods on. I can't guarantee things will run correctly with other mods on. Nor can I guarantee the difficulty won't be easier / harder with other mods on. Theoretically, this challenge should work properly with any mod (assuming the mod doesn't replace the starting items / character)

Set up:

??? to Megasatan. you start with chaos, fruit cake, 3 dollar bill, mom's purse, 2 key pieces, 404 and rainbow worm.

(for the full effect of this challenge, please don't replace / drop 404 and rainbow worm, unless you gulp / smelt them)

In true BoI tradition, integration of gulped 404 and rainbow worm (plus other additions / changes) will be implemented in the non-beta version coming... "soon"
