  Description
This is a mod that simply draws a visible laser between two laser antennas when they are connected.

The color is not configurable yet because I'm lazy.


  Author's Notes
I made this in 30 minutes because I thought it would be neat. It should work in multiplayer too. All the logic is client side.

Laser antenna don't work half the time anyways so this mod is probably useless XD

Hows that configuration coming? I'm looking up ways to just tie those values to a control panel setting. Only thing is im trying to think of ways that multiple people could have differing colors for opposing factions showing off competing constellations? So that the color settings only affect that block and a button can sync the whole networked constellation, maybe.

You're right about lasers being buggy so thanks for this mod was useful in an scenario I am playing.

Can it be added to plugin manager? Preferably with option to see only your own antennas by default.
Would make it much easier to debug why given laser antennas can't connect - you connect laser antenna from point a to ship, fly it to destination, checking connectivity every jump or so and there's a chance you can find what's blocking your way and make a respectable hole through ;)

Yeah, I wanted them mainly as a visual indication of connection, and I personally find them very difficult to see unless you are right next to them :)

honestly it ruins no stealth unless youre like 2 feet from it

maybe potentially even make it so only allied factions can see the laser?
That would make it top notch.
