Hello,
I am a mod developer, and have made submods for thrawns revenge. I'm not sure if you are aware of this or not, but part of the Empire At War Expanded team's official rules for using their data is no reuploads and no submods can contain the entire data for their mod or meaning the submod requires the main mod from their page to be able to run. A complete upload of their mod data is in violation of their rules. I do not speak for the Empire at war Expanded team, I just wanted to respectfully give you a heads up.
The 3.3 version of the thrawns revenge uploaded by Corey himself, can be found on moddb https://www.moddb.com/mods/thrawns-revenge/downloads/steam-thrawns-revenge-33
