->Bugfix: It will now affect capitalist membership correctly.
->Rebalanced the effects on socialist and capitalist memberships

    Some policies will now affect the "innovation" simulation of plankicorn's mod (Economic Realism)

    Adoption Incentives
->Religious and conservatives voter groups are now affected positively
    Religious Institutions Tax
->Rebalanced the strength of some effects.
->This policy is now default and can't be cancelled
->Changed how the income is calculated (changed religious_freq to religious_perc)
    Basic Income Guarantee
->Tweaked the general time for the effects(socialists increased happiness,etc) to get to full strength again.
->Corrected a typo in the description
    Stray Animals Care
->Influence on capitalist voter group halved
    There were other changes made,but unfortunately I didn't write them down! I'm really sorry about this,but in general the mod is now much more balanced!

    Religious Institutions Tax
->Rebalanced the strength of some effects.
->Halved political capital implementation cost
    Tax Auditors
->Income is now affected by currently active tax policies in a similar way that the "Welfare Fraud Department" policy is affected by some welfare policies.
->Tweaked cost and income values
->Added custom slider names
    Basic Income Guarantee
->Implement/Cancel/Raise/Lower political capital costs changed to: 43/40/30/30
->Cost value increased a lot
->Time for policy implementation to take full effect from 9 to 20 turns
->General time for the effects(socialists increased happiness,etc) to get to full strength increased.
->New effects were added and the existing ones strength were tweaked.
->The cost is now influenced by other simulation values.
    Stray Animals Care
->Fixed the policy not affecting the "Everyone" voter group due to a typo
->Halved implementation,raise and lower political capital cost,reduced cancel cost by 5
->Added custom slider names
->Added a small health-increasing effect

    State Sciences Institute
Description: "By funding a large,advanced technology research institute with focus on physics,biology and chemistry the country will gain a large technology advantage, thought the project is expensive and takes a long time to take effect. Only the richest countries are able to afford this project,but those that can end up becoming an international reference on technology."
    State Religion
Description: "Defines the state's position on religion,either favoring it or being neutral."
    Adoption Incentives
Description: "Adults are incentivated to adopt by receiving a progressive income to help raising adopted child/teens.A small portion of conservatives and religious citizens say this is against the traditional families value and are heavily opposed to it."
