First big real change.

Removed the unrelated extra traditions
AI should spend less on MaA and court amenities, and thus spend more on buildings
AI should save up more money before seeking out war
The great khan modifier was increased ever so slightly, and his successors will have slightly more levies
The AI should be more willing to revoke titles from vassals. This seems to result in fewer independent rulers with 1 county in the long run (they still highly prefer not to do it with tyranny)
The AI will more highly value MaA damage and pursuit, and somewhat less value toughness. The value for penalty for picking the same MaA was reduced (so you'll see the AI specialize a bit more)

no changes except version number in mod file. Apparently that's necessary to get steam to update the mod

Only 1 change to adjust poetry. This update was mostly just to test how I update my mod. Now I know :)
