- Slight tweak to make it more compatible with general gamemodes, now Murder is compatible with ReAgdoll

-Death faces are now "animated"! ragdolls will start with a face and slowly make another face when they are fully dead

- Fixed issue with "cleanup by quantity" where once the max amount of ragdolls was met, any following ragdolls wouldn't play animations
- Fixed issue where sounds would play multiple times for a singular death

-Fixed issue where ragdolls spawned by players would still have its physics changed despite reagdoll_ragdolls_byplayers being off
-Fixed issue where reagdoll_ragdolls would be inconsistent

- ReAgdoll now affects all ragdolls! ever! even the ones that players spawns!(configurable) that means that now ReAgdoll is compatible with theoretically any gamemode that spawns physics ragdolls and custom npc mods! (tested TTT and VJBase and both are confirmed to be working)

-Added cvars "reagdoll_ragdolls" and "reagdoll_ragdolls_byplayer"

-Fixed bug where combine's "post mortem" sounds would play everytime the ragdoll got headshot

-Fixed console error lua/physics/ragdoll_master.lua:155: attempt to index a nil value

- Fixed situation where ReAgdoll would try to perform code on ragdolls that have been deleted to server cleanup all, resulting in errors of returning nil
- REASFX : Added cvar "reagdoll_sfx_combine" to enable/disable combines playing sounds

-Now ReAgdoll is 99% compatible with zippys Gore mod!
- Broken bones are much more stable now
-Added misc cvar to enable/disable player camera follow body

-Player will now spectate their body upon death
-Fixed issue where players who died from fire damage would also catch on fire in the next life if they killed themselves (something something religious joke)
