All Changes:
-Popular opinion penalty for each negative legitimacy level for each title reduced because of increasing populist revolts across the map.(Now its vanilla values)
-County culture acceptance opinion penalty reverted back to vanilla because of increasing populist revolts across the map.
-Request Claim on Ireland decision now has less requirements and ai will do value increased.
-Form Portugal decision now has less requirements and ai will do value increased.
-Form Sultanate of Rum now has less requirements and ai will do value increased.
-Crusader Kingdoms event armies now inheritable and have more men at arms.
-Fabricate claim speed increased and ai will do value increased.(Still slower than vanilla, its just increased from previous version of the mod)
-Crown authority no longer provides vassal levy contribution.
-Factions and revolts completely rebalanced.
-Vassal acceptance values rebalanced.
-Counts base maa limit reduced by 1.(Now it is 1 lower than vanilla)
-"Household Soldiers" and "Men-at-arms" named innovations provides 1 less maa size now.
-AI war chances increased.
-Mongol Invasion casus belli cost increased.
-Mongol Invasion weight of target regions changed, now they trying to invade tibet region before enter persia, india and europe.
-Mongol breakup chances changed to historical values.
-Bestow Royal Favor task of chancellor now provides more max opinion because it was very weak among other tasks.
-Undirected Great Holy War's "Defender controls target" tick now two times slower because great holy wars were too short.
-Vassals of the defending realm in the Directed Great Holy Wars can now also join the war on the defending side. (It applies to ai too)
-Same heritage base cultural acceptance increased from 20 to 40.
-Marriage acceptance between different heritages now has -40 acceptance, also some marriage acceptance values changed.
-Epidemics spam fixed, all "epidemic increasing chances" reduced by %100.
-Zero culture acceptance opinion penalty changed to -30 for both same realm and outside realm.
-Vizier no longer provide tax collector.
-Kingdom and Empire title creation 2x of vanilla cost now.
-HRE vote score of emperor reduced by 1.
-Some casus belli costs reduced.(Still much higher than vanilla, previous values of mod was too much)
-Crown authority no longer provide levy contribution.
-Title creation provide more legitimacy now.
-Ethos change cost reduced from 20k to 10k.
-Caballero & Mulathanum now counters skirmisher.
-Seduction and Romance acceptance values rebalanced.
-Some perks of some trees rebalanced.
-Bloody wedding at the diplomat tree moved to torturer tree.
-Purchase truce interaction in domain tree moved to diplomat tree.
-Legitimacy gain values increased by 50%.
-Wounded_1 trait health penalty reduced from -1 to -0.5.
-Fortification buildings now provides some levy.
-Levies scales each era after early medieval era.
-Levies screen reduced from 4 to 2.
-Norman and Occitan characters are now a bit more blonde and ginger.
-Basque culture no longer starts with Vizigothic Codes tradition.
-Monaspa stack size increased from 50 to 100 and Caucasian Wolves tradition bonuses changed.(Some extra power to Georgia to survive Byzantine, Muslim and Nomad attacks)
-Roman Legacy tradition rabalanced.
-Tons of minor improvements to AI.

Venezia & Genoa now start as city instead of castle. --> Removed because of compatibility issues.
Taxpayer limit of each tax collector reduced. --> Removed because it was buggy.
Create title prestige gain & gold cost doubled. --> Removed because it was too hard to create a title for both player and ai, but kingdom and empire title creation 2x of vanilla cost now.
Elevate the Kingdom of Mann & the Isles & Consolidate the Kingdom decisions removed. --> They came back because it was buggy.
Great Holy War participation values rebalanced. --> Removed because of compatibility issues.
Republic and Theocratic vassal contributions rebalanced. --> Removed because of compatibility issues.
Warmonger tenet no longer gives invasion casus belli. --> Removed because of compatibility issues.
Unreformed faith doesnt provide raid feature anymore. --> Removed because of compatibility issues.

Major Changes:
-AI is now properly arranges matrilineal marriages.
-Republic and Theocratic vassal contributions rebalanced.
-City and Guilds buildings rebalanced.
-Mercenary Companies and Holy Orders rebalanced.
-Ethos rebalance.

Minor Changes:
-AI war declaration strategy rebalanced.
-AI is now not creating Kingdom of Germany, Kingdom of Frisia, Kingdom of Lotharingia, Kingdom of Bavaria, Kingdom of Bohemia, Kingdom of Italy, Kingdom of Pomerania if Holy Roman Empire title exists.
-New game rule added to Matrilineal Marriages as "Realism & Balancing" (Applies as default, recommended to use with mod but optional)--> Feature removed because not working properly instead base game matrilineal marriage values rebalanced.
-Now you can no longer seize gold when banishing characters.
-Murder values rebalanced also now max chance of murder success reduced from %95 to %50.(There can be 2 outcomes, either success or not, it's just 50/50 chance)
-Holy order hire limit reduced.(5->3)

Bugfixes:
-Fixed a bug that prevented mongolian rebalance changes to apply.(Now mongols properly rebalanced.)

Bugfixes:
-A vanilla bug with activity cost scaling for each era fixed.(Now its cheaper)

Minor Changes:
-Standard court position base monthly costs slightly reduced.
-Short reign opinion values for each legitimacy level has been rebalanced.
-Life expectancy values rebalanced.
-Male & Female desperation age changed from 25 to 30.--> Removed and reverted back to vanilla value.

Major Changes:
-AI is now taking "Isolate Capital" & "Go Seclusion" decisions more frequently and "ai will do" values rebalanced.
-AI is now searching much more courts when looking for marriage candidates and stacking more candidates before the search is aborted.

Minor Changes:
-The Mongols arrive a little later and no longer declare mongol invasion war against byzantium, hungary, poland and hre.
-High Medieval Era start date changed.(1100-->1080)
-Those who has claim each other are now has less alliance acceptance when allying each other.
-Conquest & Holy War for county-duchy costs reduced.(Still much higher than vanilla)
-Feudal vassal contract levy contribution increased by %5 for "Low", "Normal", "High" obligations.
-Tax collector contribution for each level of aptitude rebalanced.
-Taxpayer limit of each tax collector reduced. (12-->8)
-Tax collector "Iqta" & "Ghazi" obligations rebalanced.
-Non rightful liege levy & tax contribution reduced.( Partially non rightful %75 -> %50, non rightful %50 -> %25) --> Reverted back to vanilla values.

Bugfixes:
-Fixed a bug that affected how often the AI disinherit and denounce. The AI now performs these interactions more often, as the mod was intended to do.
-Fixed a major bug that AI arranges matrilineal marriage with their male heir sometimes.

Minor Changes:
-AI building priority of "Hospices" has been rebalanced.
-AI frequency of "Negotiate Alliance" has been slightly increased .
-Non rightful liege opinion penalty rebalanced.
-Non rightful liege levy & tax contribution reduced.( Partially non rightful %75 -> %50, non rightful %50 -> %25)
-Tax collectors levy & tax contribution reduced slightly.
-The modifier for zero cultural acceptance opinion outside your own realm has changed from -15 to -30 and is now equal with cultural acceptance opinion modifier in your own realm.(Both outside and inside realm is -30 now.)
-AI is now using "Convert to local culture" decision more when the rational conditions are met.
-Independence factions will care less about culture now. For HRE it is much more less.
-Marriage acceptance values rebalanced.
-Some matrilineal marriage acceptance values rebalanced.

Major Changes:
-Tyranny Wars (Refused Liege Demand) no longer deposes liege. To avoid deliberetly change your character, messy situtations, weird marriages and bordergore. (It still says "You will be deposed" in war screen but its just text.)

-Castle Keepers tradition rebalanced.(Now rulers of this culture may build castles in different culture counties, as long as holder has this tradition.)
-Chanson de Geste tradition rebalanced.(Prowess per fame removed & Accolade glory gain increased from %20 to %50)
-Chivalry tradition rebalanced.(+2 Knight limit removed.)
