Bugfix:
-A bug that AI English Kingdom of England never priors longbowmen unit fixed, now Kingdom of England AI priors longbowmen.

Save game compatible.

New Features Added:
-Base levy sizes of all buildings are reduced by %100.
-Castle building base levy size of level 1 increased to 125, level 2 to 150, level 3 to 175, level 4 to 200.
-City building base levy size of level 1 increased to 500, level 2 to 600, level 3 to 700, level 4 to 800.
-Base supply limit of all buildings are reduced by %100.
-Base supply limit of provinces reduced from 2000 to 1000.
-Supply per development reduced from 150 to 100.
-De jure drift speed reduced from 100 years to 50 years.

Features Changed:
Standing Armies at Late Medieval, 1 maa limit bonus removed. --> Standing Armies at Late Medieval, 5 maa size bonus removed.
Men at Arms innovation at High Medieval, maa size bonus reduced from 4 to 3. --> Men at Arms innovation at High Medieval, 1 maa limit bonus removed.
-Hard Difficulty option AI bonuses changed:
men at arms maintenance = -%50 -> -%40
men at arms recruitment cost = -%50 -> -%40

Save game compatible patch.
A little note: For a long a time there will be only minor changes to mod, mod is almost complete now. Thank you all for helping this mod to improve, please keep giving suggestions and ideas, I will write them all down together and release them in one major patch in future.

New feature added:
-Mongol Invasion now targets only target title de jure instead of taking all the realm of defender.
-Feudal Contracts tax contributions increased for each level.
-Feudal Contracts levy contributions increased for each level.

Minor Changes:
-Caucasian Wolves tradition provinces has now %50 extra levy bonus instead of %100 extra levy bonus.
-Tax collectors contributions increased a little bit more.
-Marriage acceptance has -40 value for different heritage characters now. --> Marriage acceptance has -20 value for different culture characters now.

Major Changes:
-Base levy sizes of all buildings scaling reduced x2 but building Tier 1 levies now equals to Tier 2 levies. ---> Base levy sizes of all buildings are reduced by half also their scaling reduced by half too.

Removed Features:
-Directed GHW vassals of the defending realm can now also join the war on the defending side. Deleted from all_changes.txt because this feature was not working after all.
-Caballeros is no longer a light cavalry. Caballeros is now heavy cavalry with 50 stack size, 120 damage 35 toughness 20 pursuit 50 screen stats and counters archers, skirmishers. Its maintenance and recruitment costs same with Armored Horsemen. Removed and reverted back to vanilla because it was unbalanced.

-Great Khan modifier army maintenance discount reduced from -%50 to -%25.

Urgent Balance Change:
Base levy sizes of all buildings increased x2---> removed and changed to --> Building Tier 1 levies now equals to Tier 2 levies.(This means all buildings level 1 levy same with level 2 levy now.)

Minor Changes:
-Plagues rebalanced.
-Fabricate claim speed reverted back to vanilla speed.
-Inspire Opus Francigenum AI will do base value increased from 15 to 100.
-Inspire Opus Francigenum no more requires Royal Prerogative innovation.
-Only the Strong tradition levy size penalty reduced from -%25 to -%15 and maa recruitment cost penalty reduced from -%25 to -%15.
-Strength in Numbers tradition levy size bonus reduced from %15 to %10 and maa recruitment cost discounts removed.
-Knight damage per prowess changed from 50 to 75.(100 is vanilla)
-Stand and Fight tradition now has +2 prowess modifier, heavy infantry-heavy cavalry-pikemen toughness increased from %10 to %20 and their maintenance penalties reduced from %20 to %10, defender advantage increased from 2 to 5.
-Religion hostility opinion penalties increased for each hostility level. First and second level x2 more increased, last level more than x3 increased.
-Prestige and Piety levels has less opinion bonuses now.
-Zero culture acceptance opinion penalty increased to -60 for both same realm and outside realm characters.

Major Changes:
-Late Medieval now starts at 1230.
-Standing Armies at Late Medieval, 1 maa limit bonus removed.
-Base levy sizes of all buildings increased x2 but their scaling reduced x2.(This means late game levies will be less from vanilla but early game levies will be more from vanilla.)

Minor Changes:
New difficulty mode now has modifier of %25 legitimacy gain for AI. ---> New difficulty mode now has modifier of 2.5 monthly legitimacy gain for AI.
Mongol Invasion region priorities rebalanced.

Compatibility Fix:
Not creating HRE kingdoms if HRE exists & not creating european empires if HRE exists.--> Removed because of compatibility issues.
