Bugfixes:

Minor Changes:
-"Genius" trait inheritance base chance is reduced from %5 to %2,5.
-Monthly levy reinforce base rate is reduced from 0.03 to 0.02.(%3 -> %2)
-Monthly maa reinforce base rate is reduced from 0.10 to 0.05.(%10 -> %5)
-MAA Maintenance scaling reduced for each era after tribal era.
-"Commander Killed" base chances reverted back to vanilla value.(%5)
-Supply loss at sea reverted back to vanilla value.(8)
-"Domain" focus now has "%5 domain taxes" and "%5 development growth" modifiers now.
-"Duty" focus now has "%20 vassal taxes" modifier now.
-Hospices building AI priority values rebalanced.

New Game Rule Added:
-New game rule added to Matrilineal Marriages as "Realism & Balancing" (Applies as default, recommended to use with mod but optional)
AI now properly arranges matrilineal marriages and not accepting matrilineal marriages if recipient is 4 lines of successor in main title.
-Recommended game rules for the mod now applies as default.(You may click once to "reset to defaults" button to apply.)

Minor Changes:
-Added %20 title creation cost discount for AI with new difficulty mod.
-All of; Light Horsemen, Gendarme, Chasseur, Caballero, Hobelar, Hussar, Garudas, Sahel Horsemen and Abudrar pursuits slightly reduced.
-Great Holy War participation values rebalanced, certain traits affects pledge chance to represent more natural participation.
-"Commander Wounded" and "Commander Killed" base chances increased also the requirement to be "Wounded" for "Commander Killed" to happen has been removed.
-The requirement of "Warmonger" religion tenet for "Knight Become Berserker" combat event removed.(Now you only need north germanic heritage to become berserk, It was only for North Germanic "Religion" before.)

Major Changes:
-Armored Horsemen toughness increased from 35 to 38, screen increased from 0 to 5, pursuit reduced from 20 to 15 and they counter Light Footman now.
-Heavy Infantry toughness increased from 22 to 28, screen increased from 0 to 5.
-House Guard damage increased from 40 to 50, toughness increased from 32 to 40 and they counter Heavy Infantry 2x now.
-Both legitimacy gain and legitimacy loss values doubled, so they can more dynamically change now depending on your actions. --> Removed and reverted back to vanilla values because legitimacy gain is too hard at the moment.
-Duke Legitimacy level 0(min) reduces domain limit by "2", level 1 by "1" & Legitimacy level 3 increases by "1", level 4 by "2", level 5(max) by "3". ---> Duke Legitimacy level 0(min) reduces domain limit by "1" & Legitimacy level 4 increases by "1", level 5(max) by "2".
-Emperor Legitimacy level 0(min) reduces domain limit by "3", level 1 by "2", level 2 by "1" & Legitimacy level 5(max) increases by "1". ---> Emperor Legitimacy level 0(min) reduces domain limit by "2", level 1 by "1" & Legitimacy level 5(max) increases by "1".

Important Mechanical Changes:
Count Legitimacy level 0(min) reduces domain limit by "1" & Legitimacy level 3 increases by "1", level 4 by "2", level 5(max) by "3".
Duke Legitimacy level 0(min) reduces domain limit by "2", level 1 by "1" & Legitimacy level 3 increases by "1", level 4 by "2", level 5(max) by "3".
King Legitimacy level 0(min) reduces domain limit by "2", level 1 by "1" & Legitimacy level 4 increases by "1", level 5(max) by "2".
Emperor Legitimacy level 0(min) reduces domain limit by "3", level 1 by "2", level 2 by "1" & Legitimacy level 5(max) increases by "1".
Count and Duke base domain limit increased from +2 to +3.

Disinherit legitimacy costs reduced.
AI now have %25 legitimacy gain bonus with new difficulty mode.
AI carefully considers and makes sure there is enough money in the treasury for 24 months of army maintenance before declare a war now.
AI not prioritizing "Hospices" building over others anymore.(Simply not building this type of building anymore.)
AI now prioritizing fortification buildings over any other buildings.
Tribal vassal levy contribution reduced by 1/2.
"Currency" innovation at the "Tribal Era" now provides +1 building slot.

"Armed Pilgrimages" and "Warmonger" Tenet has +1 prowess per level of devotion and +2 knight limit modifier now.
"Chivalry" and "Chanson de Geste" cultural tradition has +1 prowess per level of fame and +2 knight limit modifiers now.
"Stand and Fight" tradition now gives %20 toughness for heavy inf, heavy cav and pikeman instead of %10 and +2 prowess extra.
