Revised several text files to eliminate unnecessary bloat and prevent the need to overwrite vanilla files for minor adjustments. Will continue to look for areas where this still may be occurring.

Changed the colour of the Soldier's Song bookmark text.

Added a start-date bookmark for Meath.

Fixed "Custodian of all Druids" mission to require you to be a top 3 great power.

Fixed "Expanding the Harbour" mission scope issue where it wouldn't recognise great project tier.

Fixed "Placate Englishtown" mission scope issue where it wouldn't recognise the trigger wouldn't recognise the province modifier "Recent Uprising".

Fixed bug where establishing personal union war goal would instead make them an Aontastáit subject.

Fixed climate bug. Reverted provinces back to their vanilla climate.

Fixed "Consecration of the Forest" event effect issue calling "Temple of Uppsala" instead of "The Sacred Grove" province modifier.

Made Aontastát subjects annex-able for the time being. In the future, I might instead allow player to integrate the Aontastát's after a disaster where either they all or some [depending on conditions] rise up against the player.

Fixed "Aftermath of the Clergy Rebellion" event localisation issue regarding a church estate influence modifier.

Dunluce Castle Modifier is now limited to Ulster [4121] province as intended.

"Aftermath of the Clergy Rebellion" Druidic event now changes your government reform as intended.
