Added global setting to disable local muting in teamspeak (will have performance impact)
Fixed plugin sometimes self-local-muting in Teamspeak
Fixed plugin constantly spamming Teamspeak with mute/unmute requests even if clients mute state is already as desired

(This release requires mod AND plugin update, Teamspeak will tell you that too, so please don't ask why it suddenly asks you that)
