I remember playing on this map waay back, I was a couple years less than 18Y/o during that time, lol. Glad to see the DT series is still goin' strong

If about third or half of them are missing, well you have no Counter-Strike: Source content.
You can either buy the game (and enable it in gmod) or download content on the side.

Either because you are missing some asset what causes console spam and thus lag or because this map was very poorly made from beginning which I unsuccessfully tried to fix and thats why your PC can't handle it.
To think of it, initial map was well optimized and amazing for that time.
It was rather made worse by piling on with features by many diffrend people including me.
Disabling water reflections is one option to little bit improve this situation because the most fps hungry places are near the water.
I could make it better but I cant force myself to do think I hate much which is func_areaportalwindow spam, I hate when someone can see me from mile but I can't.

Are you sure you have CSS content installed properly? I doubt it. I Have asked two people to download the map who have CSS content installed correctly and they have no issues.

Also about no collide benches, etc. I assume you have joined an server with the map and you yourself can see the benches but when you try to stand on them, you fall through.
Its because server also needs CSS content.

CSS content is needed, who does even use CSG content in RP maps? But whatever.

Problem is probably on your end either because you use chromium or prerelease branch, or most probably you have some retarded shit addons that have some shitcode or damaged assets that cause issues. (And no I made multiple people test the map and they had no problems)
