That's simply how the game works I'm afraid, if you go over a certain level of performance the GMA will simply force a technical regulations reset and put everyone to base level (you should have a mail from Ernie about that).
This is quite bothering although to be fair you should still have the drivers, staff, HQ, chassis parts and money to out-develop and out-perform everyone else.
I'll update the mod (and the Predator one) in order to tone down the performance levels a bit so hopefully the rules won't reset after one season only.
- Pit crews are not moddable as they are generated every time you start a new career (and regens appear over time), I don't know how it works exactly (because I haven't actually played the game in 1.5 yet) but I assume it depends either of your mechanics' stats or your HQ, anyway using a Ultra Cheat Mod actually ensures you to have a farily decent crew at the start of the game (you'll have a 20-rated pit crew member in their respective role even if they don't have 20 in all stats).
- I haven't bothered modding advanced ERS parts, as single seater series don't use them at the start of the game, maybe later.
Did you update the ultra cheat on predator racing group aswell
