made it so that text panels don't require '%VectorLCD' in the name if they have a tag

instead of giving up if the grid looks like a station (has 0 mass), it runs and assumes the grid has 1kg mass.

disabled 'cruisePlane' by default

added a 'cruisePlane' option, which will make cruise mode behave more like an airplane
(nose down will make you accelerate down)


also greatly simplified the dampener code

added a default control module button for cruise mode, 'r'. more precisely, "c.cubesizemode". this can be changed the same as other control module controls

fixes:
lcd panel would not be detected till the mass changed or a recompile happened
after recompile, control module would make it run once, but still change settings
(like jetpack so you get a bunch of uncontrolled thrusters)
made the script give up trying to fly stations

changes:
new cruise mode!
this makes the craft behave similar to an airplane
added previous runtime to spinner and console log
disabled the ignoring of hidden blocks, you can enable it by editing a value in the code
(this was unintuitive, and also not documented)
changed onlyMainCockpit to true by default
