made it so dampeners will obey the onlyMainCockpit boolean.

fixed a bug where, if there were no normal thrusters on the currently controlled subgrid, any connected subgrids with a controller and normal thrusters would disable the inertia dampeners.

fixed a bug with dampeners:
dampeners will no longer stop accelerating once you get to around 30m/s, if you hold multiple movement keys down

thrusters should behave better in space (this comes at the cost of not being able to stop completely)
bug where the thrusters you turned off wouldn't stay off has been fixed
the program only warns about not having any LCDs once
some optimisations
multiple LCD support
thrusters turn off if their required thrust is 0... this stops the game from trying to apply inertia dampeners to them.

fixed a bug where it would not detect when a cockpit was made into a main cockpit

added an option to change the behavior of the main cockpit

made it play nicely with multiple cockpits

also added an option to have the script run when the world loads instead of going straight into standby

made it so any argument (or running it from the terminal) will wake the script up from standby.

note: Control Module keys still won't wake up the script

Made the program account for 'normal thrusters'... those that aren't on nacelles.

this means it shouldn't just fly up if you have a normal thruster on the ship
