- Fixed the following items having possibly unintended/bugged effects:
--> Obscuration (Logic2), Suppressive Fire (Logic4), Penetrating Shot (Logic7), Petty Death (Logic8), Streetlight (Ch2_2)
- Rewrote most old items to be more coherent (they might still be reworked and re-localized properly later).
--> Big thanks to CreatorExt for coming in clutch with reporting and revising these!
- Rewrote all older events for the sake of consistency and flavor
--> Rewritten by Distopia
- Fixed Shiv giving its dice to another copy of Shiv
- Fixed a possible crash involving selecting incomplete floors (less than 5 unlocked Librarians) before a new librarian is added to the team
- Fixed a localization issue with the sweeper spawned by the cat event
- Mirrored the mirror's skin
- Added tooltips to the run start and run continue buttons
- Fixed Unstable Speed giving an unrolling die
