---ReaAdoll update!---

Being pulled out of my coma to fix a wacky bug,

- Fixed CTakeDamageInfo errors (ty Garry)
- Fixed localization issue where the text would print incorrectly in the console after selecting a new soundpack

- Ragdolls will now prioritize explosion reactions over burning reactions
- Made the print text fancy :)

- ReaSFX: Now reagdoll can pick up a random pack at every death instead of being locked to just one at a time
- Added command: reagdoll_sfx_randompack

Hold Wound Rewrite!
ᵗʰⁱʳᵈ ᵗⁱᵐᵉ'ˢ ᵃ ᶜʰᵃʳᵐ

-Rewrote the insane holdwound code into something that belongs to this realm
-Hold wound's system now uses a different type of constraint, resulting in a more consistent hold.
-Ragdolls will hold to the "exact" location of the fatal wound (with a bit of wiggle room), where as before it would JUST hold at the bone it got hit in.
-Added force thresh hold for hold wounds, ragdolls will let go if forced to, this also means that whenever the ragdoll gets in a very physically stressful position, it simply wont hold at all(maybe this fixes the stupid crashes?).

Shotgun reactions

-Added another possible reactions for shotgun deaths, ragdolls will keep themselves tensed up for a short period of time.
-Chance of a shotgun kill resulting in the bullet reaction instead of a shotgun reaction has been decreased from 30% to 10%

Fixes

-Fixed logic issue where hold wounds had a pretty substantial chance of simply not working. (lol).
-Fixed Issue where ragdolls would stick their arms up behind their backs (well now it only happens if they get shot in the back).

Localization

-Added extra translation for Simplified Chinese (thanks to 滑稽没JJ!)
-Added translation for Traditional Chinese (thanks to 滑稽没JJ!)

- Update hold wound system, it should be stronger and more consistent now
- Added option to disable ragdolls collision with everything, including other ragdolls.

- Added cvar reagdoll_physics_nocollide_all

- Added proper support for other languages

- Fixed issue where ragdolls would still balance even if animations were turned off

Hayo! Couple more itty bits

Stiffness changes
-Now ragdolls can go stiff multiple times in its lifetime.
-Ragdolls will enter a stiff state a few seconds before death, this should result in some better final death poses.
-Ragdolls will also stiffen up for a couple of seconds if killed preemptively.


General
-Tweaked some animations so ragdolls move better
-Npcs that die while burning, even if the cause of death wasn't necessarily the flames (ie: shooting a metrocop while its burning) will play the burning animation reactions. This should also fix an issue where combine ragdolls werent playing fire reactions despite dying to fire.

-Fixed some logic issues with bullet deaths.
-Fixed issue where ragdolls would put their hands behind their backs when holding onto wounds.
-Fixed issue where "cinematic" headshots wasn't working as intended.

- Fixed issue where ragdolls wouldn't have "realistic" headshot animations when fatal headshots with animations were enabled

Off-topic and nobody will see this but: I've been having a couple of thoughts regarding post mortem states, i was thinking of giving ragdolls a "deathpose" animation to help them achieve some less floppy\unnatural looking final death poses, maybe you'll see that soon who knows!
